Gamified rehabilitation on engagement and clinical outcomes in patients with parkinson’s disease

Literature review
To look at the potential effectiveness of the use of ‘virtual reality’ in neurorehabilitation for patients with
parkinson’s disease, particularly in engagement as this may be what I’d do in my final project; and also motor
and cognitive functions.
How does it improve? and to achieve optimal outcome, can it be used alone to improve their functional
mobility? or to combine with conventional rehab?
Most journals agreed that well-designed individualised, goal-oriented, repetitive movements may be best, as
it also simulates any functional tasks and conventional rehab
also comment on the methodology, research design and bias etc
I attached some journals that I found useful but you don’t have to use them. I also attached what I have done
so far, obviously struggled but you get the idea. It also needs to be critical. Thanks.
