Efficacy-means how effective it is .
1. Have an introductory paragraph, introducing the question.
2.Have several paragraphs in the main body of the essay discussion the evidence relating to the question. Can
use headings. Evidence from published studies. Useful to include important details from the study. For
example how a low card diet was defined, key method and results. BUT AVOID JUST COPYING ALL THE
DETAILS FROM THE STUDY.
3.Have a concluding paragraph summing up what you have said in the essay discussion . Give some
recommendations for the future research study in the field and how to overcome some of the limitations
encountered .
4.Give a balanced reflection of the literature. Meta-analyses or at least systematic reviews are very useful.
5.Important to use critical analysis, it’s means rather than just repeating results for several studies critically
compare them. What are the limitations that could effected the results.
